Our website includes an AI-powered chat assistant. Conversations with this assistant are processed using Anthropic's Claude API. Your messages are sent to the API for processing and are not stored or used to train AI models. Anthropic does not retain API inputs or outputs for model training purposes.
If you choose to share your name, email, or goals with the assistant, that information is sent to us via email through Formspree (our email relay service) so we can follow up with you. We will always ask for your explicit permission before collecting and sending this information.
The AI assistant may make mistakes. Responses from the assistant are not guarantees, commitments, or official quotes. Any pricing, scope, or service commitments must be confirmed directly with Joe.
